To begin your Swim and Survive Partner journey, you will need to follow these steps.

1. Become a RLSSQ Facilitator

To use the Swim and Survive Program, either you or one other staff member (preferably your Learn to Swim / Swimming coordinator) needs to become a RLSSQ Facilitator. You can do this by filling out the below application form. Find out more about our memberships here.

This membership will also allow you to make use of our School Programs and Recreational Training resources.

2. Complete the Swim and Survive Partnership Forms

To become a Swim and Survive Partner, you are also required to complete the Swim and Survive Partner Agreement and Venue Audit. Please find both these forms below, along with the Swim and Survive Partner Information and Standards document.

3. Send Your Completed Forms to RLSSQ

Once you have completed the RLSSQ Facilitator application and Swim and Survive Partner Forms, you will need to send these all to swimandsurvive@rlssq.com.au.

Please be aware that there may be a wait of a few days while your membership and forms are processed.

4. Get Access to the Swim and Survive Hub

Once all your membership and partnership forms have been processed, you will be sent an email with login details to access the Swim and Survive Hub. It is the online site where all the current Swim and Survive resources can be found. These resources cover implementation, management, teaching and marketing of the Swim and Survive Program.

5. Start using the Swim and Survive Program!

Now you have access to the Swim and Survive Hub, you can now start using Swim and Survive!
