Passionate about water safety and lifesaving education?
Royal Life Saving Society Queensland (RLSSQ) is recruiting volunteers who care about educating the community about water safety and lifesaving skills.
Do you have some experience with Water Safety Community Education programs or lifesaving education?
Can you assist with the delivery of water safety and lifesaving education to children and adults across a wide range of community focused programs?
Volunteers will assist with teaching survival skills in the water AND/OR assist with teaching water safety education theory in a classroom.

Successful volunteers will need:
- to have water safety knowledge and education
- be comfortable working with small and large groups of adults and children
- be confident in demonstration of and instruction in water safety and first aid skills
Qualifications:
- preferably Swim Teacher, Bronze Medallion or Pool Lifeguard qualifications
- CPR and First Aid
- Blue Card
- Over 18
Volunteer hours are flexible and training will be provided to volunteers.
