Training Support Officer Role

Royal Life Saving is seeking a driven and enthusiastic person for the role of Training Support / Administration Officer.

The role supports and promotes a range of our training courses, programs and activities. The successful applicant will be responsible for:
• Providing high quality customer service to businesses, students and groups
• Promoting and growing our programs and training courses
• Engaging with clients, answer phone calls and enquiries
• Organisation courses, programs, events and activities
• Perform tasks including cleaning, maintenance of equipment and filing as required
• Basic accounts functions (issuing invoices, etc) 

The successful applicant will have strong customer service skills and be computer literate. They must also be:
• Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic
• A friendly and personable disposition
• Able to coordinate simultaneous competing tasks
• Able to manage own performance against agreed outcomes
• Able to work well both individually and in a team
• Flexible in their approach to work to complete unforeseen tasks as the need arises

This role is suitable to new entrants in the workforce and training will be provided.

Employment Basis: Full time
Salary Range: $55,000 – $70,000 per year (plus salary sacrifice arrangement may be available)
