Attention all teenagers! Are you interested in learning lifesaving skills that could make a real difference in emergencies?

Whether you're a beginner or have some prior experience, NextGen Lifesavers is tailored to give you an introduction to basic water safety and aquatic lifesaving techniquers.

Our experienced instructors will guide you through hands-on exercises and simulations in a fun and active format.

At this special introductory program, you will learn:

• Personal survival skills
• Rescue techniques
• CPR Awareness (DRSABCD technique)

This event is open to 12-17 years*, and is free of charge.
